Overview
Customers may receive quotations or invoices from vendors. Review package details, event date, price, terms, due date, and any Secure Booking Fee shown as part of booking cost.
Details
- Open the quotation or invoice link sent by the vendor.
- Review package details, event date, amount, terms, and due date.
- Use booking chat to ask the vendor for clarification before accepting or paying.
Important Notes
- Platform Service Charge is not charged to customers.
- Vendor access is included by default and is not charged to customers.
